Since you all help me support my heroes, I wanted to share these notes from the last packages I sent. Thank you ALL for helping!! Classification: NATO UNCLASSIFIED I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and want to personally thank you for the care packages you sent us. I gave them out to my guys and they all stated that those were the best care packages they ever received. They especially loved the nerf guns. A bunch of them are shooting each other as I type this. Thank you so much and it’s good to know that the deployed troops (AF, Army, Navy or Marines) are still thought about. Again thank you and God bless you. SHAWN E. I cannot express how grateful we all are to have someone like you who supports the troops the way you do. I have been in the Air Force for 19 years and I have not received a care package that was as “home felt” as the ones you sent. Thank you from all of the men and women from Kandahar AB, Afghanistan. I will send some pictures as soon as I can get them uploaded to my computer. Believe it or not, it’s more difficult than you think. Especially for an older, non-computer person like me. The nerf guns were an immediate success and my supervisor and I “attacked” our lieutenant. It was a great reliever and broke up the day. The other games and food items will be put to good use.
