Sincerely, northern youths MUST HOLD THEIR LEADERS responsible for what has become of the north. The northern child is not a dullard; he is just as vibrant as any other youth in the country. THE NORTHERN LEADERS that ruled over the years made their youths inferior by making them believe they are not as brilliant as others. It pains me when NORTHERN LEADERS ARGUE their region is educationally disadvantaged. What a ridiculous way to eulogize incompetence, ineptitude and colossal leadership vacuum on the parts of those extending the argument! ...THEY PAMPER THEM TO GO SCHOOL WHEN OTHERS WERE FLOGGING THEIR KIDS TO SCHOOLS ...THEY GAVE THEM RISIBLE CUT OFF POINTS IN ADMISSION INTO UNITY SCHOOLS ...THEY GAVE THEM THE LOWEST CUT OFF MARKS IN UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS But they have not opened their eyes to actually see the importance of education for over the years, they overlooked the menace of Almajiris. Gowon, Buhari, IBB, Abacha, Abdulsalam, and those before them, ruled Nigeria for so long and were all unable to do anything about the Almajiris. They were busy creating political structures that will make them rulers forever, completely ignoring the northern youths, the leaders of tomorrow. I am surprised that nobody has picked on these leaders that led their own people into stagnations and doldrums. You have made yourself a billionaire by conquering the state through military coup and still all the youths around you are left as beggars and you still call yourself a leader? You still want to rule again? Haba! Finally, under the government of GEJ, ALL THE ALMAJARIS in the north are going to school, something northern leaders never articulated. It has taken a man from another region to do for the northern youth, what northern leaders of all ages have not done for their youths. IT FOLLOWS NATURALLY THAT WE MUST KILL ALL CONCEPTS AND FORMS OF REGIONAL POLITICS AND UNDERSTAND THAT NIGERIA IS ONE. Governance is not all about securing political structures that will keep you in dominance forever. Governance is all about laying a foundation for the next stage. An educated mind is a progressive mind. A strong foundation is been laid for this country. This is glaring to all sincere eyes. A government that takes the youth for granted is not government and MUST NEVER BE TOLERATED.
