Sing to The Lord a new song: Sing For Joy to God our strength; shout aloud to the God of Jacob! He put a new song in our mouth, a hymn of praise to our God (Ps. 81:1; 40:3). Praise The Lord, for The Lord is good. His Mercy endures forever. Trust Him and sing unto Him. Like David sings in his distress. He have sung praise songs, even when he was in the mountains, caves, when he have been chasing by his enemies, when he lost his dignity. You may also been going through the same situation. You might have been chasing by the unwanted things or enemies. David was even chasing by his father-in-law Saul, and then by his own son Absalom. But all he did was to sing songs to The Lord. Even the men, who were with David, was turned up against Him when they have lost everything. But In that situation also David have strengthened himself in The Lord. So beloved, whatever situation your facing, or going through, sing praises to Him and strengthen yourself in The Lord our God alone. Dont depend on men to get encouragement or for a solution for a problem. Trust our Lord God Almighty alone. Rely on His promises which he have given to you. Dont feel bad or worry for its been long time, The Lord have promised but it didnt get fulfil. Look at David. He have been ordained and anointed by Samuel when he was very young. But he have to be wait for it to be fulfilled. In the mean time he was not in a cool and safe situation until the promise has been fulfilled. Yet he sing praises to The Lord. Trust The Lord. And rely on His promises, and sing praises to Him. Your situation will get change. The promises, which was given by The Lord, will get fulfil. Have a blessed day.
