Single Serve Baked Banana Oatmeal with Almond Butter 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats (or gluten free quick oats if you prefer softer baked oatmeal) 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 large banana, mashed (about 1/4 cup mashed) 1 tsp vanilla optional: spices of your choice, nuts, add ins, extra sweetener if you like things sweet *Preheat your oven to 180°C/355°F Mash your banana and mix all of your ingredients together. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until your oatmeal is set and the top is golden. Serve warm or chill in the fridge until morning. If you decide to chill it over night, feel free to eat it cold or heat it up - the choice is yours!
