Siparia back in Super League race Siparia Spurs will be right in the midst of the title race in the T&T Football Association National Super League after it climbed to joint second on Big-Eight table without breaking a sweat. This after it was awarded a default win (three points and three goals) against National Lotteries Control Board La Horquetta FC. With the win, Spurs moved to seven points from three matches, the same as Defence Force and two behind unbeaten leaders’ Club Sando going into the resumption of matches on January 7. Fourth is former champions WASA with four points followed by 1976 Fc Phoenix with three from as many outings. And in the the “Relegation Big—Six” battle, FC Santa Rosa drew level with Las Lomas at the top of the standing with six points after a similar default win over Stokely Vale while D’Lime Bar Goal City crushed fellow Tobagonians, Bethel United, 4-0 to jump to third with four points.
