Sis Thuli writes a long report where she tells the President must sit with the Ministers of Police and Treasury and calculate how much he must pay. After a number of delays, the President eventually writes a 20 page document where he conflates all the reports and asks the Minister of Police to determine who should pay. She thinks, thats not a response to my report. She watches news and reads papers and the news and the public perception is that the 20 page document is a response, she doesnt believe it. This is the point where she is accused of many bad things. I suspect that the next thing she will do if the President does not do what she has recommended is approach a court to have her recommendation made an order of court. If the President is not happy with her recommendation, he will be well advised to apply for the review of this recommendation. The correct forum to review this is the court, not someone who serves at the grace of the President. Use it. Dont use. #JustSaying
