Sitting around my studio this afternoon thinking about my journey - TopicsExpress

Sitting around my studio this afternoon thinking about my journey as a photographer when this thought popped in my head: I got my first camera when I was 8 years old. One day I left my tiny point-and-shoot camera on the hood of my grandfathers pick up truck by accident. He left the house to run an errand and I suddenly realized what I had done. I was scared, ran outside, and the truck was gone... So, I was nervous and upset that I had lost my first camera but I was trying to stay calm as best I knew how. I only had the camera for a couple of days then this happened, I would never get to see the photos I had taken! My grandfather returned home and to my amazement the little camera was still sitting upright on the hood of his truck! It was stoked! It was incredible that it had managed to not fall off as he drove around town. Always be thankful for the little things! - Story of the Day -
