Sitting here with tears in my eyes as I observed a mom struggle halfway across the parking lot with her clearly Autistic son and his little sister. I knew right away what was going on, he was jumping around and flailing as he yelled noises to his mom--he was overstimulated. She knew this and calmly turned around and said they were walking back to the car for a break. As I sit in my car right now, I still hear him. My heart breaks for them....even though I feel that pain for my own Autistic son. I feel grateful that even though we experience daily challenges my son can at least speak. Its the times like this were I am reminded someone always has it harder and I need to be thankful
