Situation Time: I was tanking Stone Vigil Hard. First Run and White Mage was screaming through out until second boss flash and constantly complaining Im not holding hate cause he is getting hit randomly. After second boss I told him if he is not happy then leave. He refused to leave and refused to proceed in his role. I opted to vote dismiss and was approved by other two members. Is this considered rational being that we were almost to final boss fight?
