Situation really sucks. working my ass off doing what the boss told me to do. SOMEONE complained that i was not helping with the emails. They had them under control. Also the phones, during the most hectic part of any week i would normally answer 5 to 8 calls (i am the last resort). i answered 12 calls by lunch. We were at full compliment so there was no reason for callers to get that deep in the system. another sucking situation: we are supposed to have 3 peops (i am one) on the phone system at all times especially through lunch. if two want to lunch at the same time, they are to work it out so that someone else (usually me going 1/2 hour later) covers for them. this did not happen today, i got no notification so the lead said take your lunch, if we go over our allotted times it is their fault. so many things are overlooked with everyone else but i am under a microscope that the boss believes and reacts to everything he hears before asking if it is true. I have been noticeably pissed for the last couple of days. so much so that one of the whiners tried to convince me that he had no part in it. i call BULLSHIT. Pessimism is not just a choice, its a defense mechanism to keep you from getting disappointed by said ass wipes.
