The residents there are perplexed by what these sounds and frequencies could be. Most of us who are awake say this is HAARP or ELF. ELF is a high tech weapon abbreviated for Extreme Low Frequency signals which mimic natural brain waves. It is not only used to brainwash and control people, it’s used to physically attack them as well. In a previous article, I discussed how this technology could be used to make people believe they were hearing the voice of God.
