Hand in your submission to the Father’s Day Booth at Community Wellness Day 3. Your entry must include your full name, your phone number, your grade in school and your age. 4. You must hand in your entry no later than 2:30pm 5. The contest will be divided by grades K-3, 4-6 and 7-8. 6. Prizes will be awarded at 3:00 pm at the Community Wellness Day event.
