Ive been reading Convict conditioning and, while it seems like a hundred pages long terry crews Old Spice commercial, it seems to have a good theoretical point. However, it advices to do reps slowly, where both contraction and relaxation have to be 2 seconds long, and the time between the two 1 second long. However, nobody does that, everybody do reps as fast as they can. While I think they arent doing the reps properly, am I doing my exercises properly?
