Smile a Little, Laugh a Little, Be happy a Little Boss The high pitched election campaign rubbed on many spheres of life. It also inspired many unworthy into a belief that they were no less. The human body also could not escape from this malady. The different organs began to behave erratically leading to life threatening chaos. The Managing committee of the body was compelled to call extra-ordinary general body meeting. The “Boss” – Brain was in for a shock when he found many a challengers for his post. Lungs made the claim to be boss for it supplied the vital oxygen to the body. Digestive system said, it was responsible for nourishment of body. Heart smiled and informed it pumped the blood supply to keep the cells alive. Liver was in poetic mood and asserted it was the busiest port in the river of life. The arrogant and intellectual Brain just looked at them contemptuously. Among the din of shouting by various organs; a meek voice was heard from the corner of meeting place – enough was enough, it must be its right to be the boss. Startled, the worthies looked and burst in laughter. Everyone announced in chorus; you worthless “asshole” wanted to be the boss. The claim made by “asshole” got swept aside. Brain continued to remain as the Boss. Hurt by the rejection and that too in scornful manner, Asshole decided to launch a non- cooperative movement. Nothing will go past the Asshole. Total “Nakabandhi”. The effect of Asshole’s non-cooperation began to be felt. Brain used all the technique of management – “Sham, Dama, Bhed & Dand” to make the Asshole resume its duty. Asshole would not budge. With days passing in to a week, chaos set in, heart had palpitation, lung laboured, liver got swollen and kidneys felt the suffocation, digestive system was punished from both end- medicines and choke-up. Afraid of terrible consequences, a meeting was called, when persuasion was met with stubbornness, the organs yielded to Assholes obstinacy and made him the boss. Unfortunately, Assholes unjust demand and successful conversion in to becoming a boss; has created repeated demand and success. Now, it has become a successful management jargon – “You have to be an Asshole to be a Boss”
