Sneak Peek: Plank Row. Great exercise for your back, core and arms. This is a great move to tone up the bra area. Keep the core tight to support your back throughout the movement. Weights rests between your hands and under your shoulders. Shift weight to one arm and use the other to lift your dumbbell to the outside of your rib cage. Control the motion as you lower the weight and repeat on the other side. Both Sides=1 Rep. #benderfitness #workout #core #arms #back
