Snippets of the highlights from our last workout at the SportsDock . No lifting. Just a 3.2K run, 6-7 sets of pull ups, skipping, bag works and some explosive work. Everyone knows what skipping, running and pull ups look like, so the video contains the remainder. 5 x 50 Straight Punches 50 Uppercuts 20 Knees 20 Kicks 3x5-6 Long jumps 40 Vertical jumps Before any cyber form police try to kill me (respectively), I know no form or technique was used with the bag, as it was all about speed within a circuit.
