So, EARLY (12am) Sunday morning our cable goes off. (You know... PLEASE STAND BY, thank God we were a sleep) I call at 5:30 and have them send a refresh signal. I get off work and come home, still out.. I call a second time. The lady resets our cable box, TV comes back on. I get woke up to Tad trying to get on NetFlix. No internet! Call Comcast, lady screwed up internet when she reset the box. I call for a third time. Fixed that, went to church and come home to no cable! Phone call #4, got it fixed and within 45 minutes. .. its out again! Phone call #5 got us a person you could not understand and the phone call#6 we get a lady in Chicago, and a 2 day wait for a visit from Comcast. At this point.... I am beyond mad!
