Please Read his Bio: I started gymnastics and swimming at a very young age. Along with team work and discipline, stretching was emphasized in order to be successful. Gymnastics gave me the opportunity to learn proper stretching techniques. As I got older, no matter what activity or sport I participated in, I was diligently stretching daily. In my mid twenties, I found mixed martial arts and jujitsu. These sports were very demanding on the body and injuries were very common. Until I was surrounded by world class athletes, did I realize the many benefits of proper stretching. Everything from flexibility, muscle recovery, speed, form, power, or to minimize back and hip pain, all benefited from basic stretching. In 2008, I formulated a system using my previous gymnastic experience, merged with non-evasive holistic techniques. The goal was to help athletes and non-athletes alike stretch using proper techniques to decrease back pain, increase flexibility, and improve the quality of life. The results were quite astounding. Im currently working at Kessler Facility Tustin and now Deina Deal Therapeutic Center San Clemente on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dedicating my full attention to patient recovery and injury prevention. I have been priveledged to work with judo gold medalist Satoshi Ishii, actor Kevin James, former UFC light heavy weight champion Marcio Shogun Rua, and many others.
