So I am a quality nerd. I have kept some statistics on the accuracy rate of our McDonalds at 3781 West Ridge Road. We have ordered there 66 times in the last year. 38 times the order has been wrong. Tonight a grilled wrap was crispy. The 6-piece nugget was 4 pieces in a 6-piece container. So whoever manages quality there ... stinks. I have to open containers now to make sure what was supposed to be in the container is correct, in addition to a years worth of orders being wrong 55% of the time.
