So I call my apartment complex about some internet speed issues over the past few days. I let them know people in my building are having problems with their internet. They tell me Oh, if youre having internet issues please call Korcett. All we do it pay for it. So call them. Am I wrong to believe that THEY are the ones who should call the internet provider for the entire complex? Arent they supposed to help their residents?
