So I come home from work, open my Bank of America checking account statement and find that there was a $3500.00 withdraw that I did not make. Called BOA and they said is was not fraud. Someone with a similar account number wrote a $3500.00 check and BOA withdraw the money on MY account. Not the first problem I have had with BOA. They originally told me it would be 5 business days before they could put money back. I told them: "totally unacceptable!" When I threatened to close my account, he agreed to put the money back immediately. Not a satisfied customer.
