So, I did this fun little barbell complex back on October 28th, and it took me 18:30 to complete. 10 rounds for time – Dead, Bench, Power Clean Rounds – 1 Rep, 2 Reps, 3 Reps…10 Reps Weight Used Dead – 80% of body weight (135 lbs) Bench – 80% of body weight (135 lbs) Power Cleans – 55% of body weight (95 lbs) Today, I increased the weight by 5 lbs for each exercise, and completed it 16:11. 2 minutes, 20 seconds faster! Someone ate his Wheaties this morning. (Really it was oatmeal, protein, and walnuts, but who is keeping track) Finished off with 5x5 of increasing weight on the bench till I reached 185. Incline intervals as active recovery. Had planned on working abs too, but did not have anything left. #SPS #AlwaysStriving #LookGoodNaked
