So I finally made this tonight for dinner. It is fairly spicy but if you top it with sour cream, it helps to cut some of the fire. Actually, it was the potatoes that were spicy; the chicken was mild - too mild for David who was expecting it to taste like buffalo chicken. I think this happened because there is not that much of the hot sauce mixture left after you toss the potatoes in it. So when you add the 2#s of chicken chunks and toss and leave it to marinate, there really isnt enough to make the chicken itself spicy. I would suggest making a small amount of additional hot sauce mix to really coat the chicken well. Other than that, it was very good.
