So I had someone claim that they can know one thing for certain without God. They said I can know that I am not omniscient. Here is how I responded. I had never experienced someone making this claim before. How would you respond? So do you claim to know anything else for certain besides that your not omniscient? Honestly I am not sure how within your view of the world how you would know that even. If you are not omniscient and you say God does not exist how do know anything? Including the fact that you are not omniscient. See if I tell you I am not omniscient. That is a claim to truth. That is a knowledge claim that I know for certain that I am not omniscient. How do justify and account for the very claim that you are not omniscient? The only possible way I can see with a world-view without God is to say Well I just know. DUH! That is simply begging the question. This is the very essence of what I am trying to say. There are only 2 ways to know something to be true. Either by being omniscient or by revelation from God. Since you deny God how do you account for knowing you are not omniscient? Would you say that it is impossible that you really are omniscient and you just don’t know it? If you say it is impossible how do you know it is? To clarify before you say Look at this guy he is arguing that I could possibly be omniscient. haha! No Im not. I know for certain you are not within my worldview. I am asking you how you know for certain within a world-view without God that you are not?
