So I happened to stop by for dinner at NJP (Not Just Paranthas) at Cyber Hub which recently opened its doors about a month back! I was delighted to see the hospitality that the staff had to offer to its customers even though they were packed on a Wednesday night! We were lucky to find a place within a few minutes. Now here goes the review on the food: For starters we ordered: 1) Dahi ke Kebab (Veg) - Spinach kebabs with hung curd filling which was a rare delicacy and truly outstanding in taste. ( We ended up calling for another portion ) 2) Gazab ka Tikka (Non-veg)- The best chicken kebab in a unique cheesy marinade which melts in your mouth. Honestly Ive never had a better kebab than this one in Delhi. (Highly Recommend) 3) The chaach is made of a special recipe prepared only by NJP and has a unique taste to it compared to the ones you would have tried in other restaurants. (I ended up having 3 glasses) For the main course we called for: 1) Makhmali Murgh 2) Bhuna Gosht Masaledar 3) Dal Makhani (No different than the one at Bukhara) 4) Mixed chur chur paranthas, Special egg paranthas and Jodhpuri Paranthas For Desert ( Even when we had no space for any more food) we couldnt resist their assorted kulfis: 1) Pan Kulfi ( the kulfi had real pan leaves with a perfect blend of all the ingredients you get in a pan) 2) Mango Kulfi 3) Mixed Fruit Cream Kulfi That was a lot of food but we just couldnt stop eating and trying the few things we could out of a huge menu. They are yet to get their liquor license which will be an added bonus to the restaurant. This joint is perfect for a hearty meal when one is looking for innovative dishes. The best part is that for their chur chur paranthas, they use multi grain flour. The owner is a health freak himself and tries to keep all the food, which looks heavy to digest, as healthy as can be. Highly Recommend!!!
