So, I informed Brookelynn that this Christmas we will not be getting a real potted Christmas tree to decorate inside and then plant outside after Christmas. She asked why and I told her that we couldnt work it into the Christmas budget this year. Im sitting here on the couch feeding Hunter while shes sleeping on the couch...Brookelynn is a major sleep talker and walker...Brookelynn shoots up real fast into a sitting position... Daddy, now you listen to me! You are not right. Who in their right mind sets a Christmas budget! You better get out there and dig up last years Christmas tree that you and Mommy planted. It doesnt feel like Christmas without a real tree in the house. The smell. The touch. You hear me Daddy? Do you hear me? Go dig up my tree! Okay Mommy, I told Daddy my great idea. And then she lays back down as I told you is coming out of her mouth.
