So I just finished a full rebuild from torque converter to output shaft seal of the A43DE ASIN/Warner automatic transmission in my MKII... I will just say this, WHAT A PAAAAAAAIN IN THE A$$!!! It drives great now but talk about a crap load of time invested... I wont do that again. Itd be worth it if I was a single guy with nothin else to do. $340 for the master rebuild kit from PDQ and $130 for the torque converter also from PDQ... Overall I think Im satisfied with the DYI results, it just took too long to get DONE!
