So I need some advice....not putting any names on blast even though I dont have any coworkers from here on my friends list Im sure someway somehow it may work its way but Im lost and need some help. Two days ago I was talked to by a khaki who Ive had a few different problems with, some said its a personality clash, and they said Im a bad leader, a junior troop, and too negative. Today we had some training and one of the topics was leadership that was done by an E5. At the end, all the khakis put the person on the spot by asking them a ton of questions in front of the entire command. They were getting drilled, put on blast. I got pretty mad about it and Im sure the khakis could tell. Afterwards, I had several junior troops come up to me and question how it was done. And how they felt it was very unprofessional to do that in front of EVERY ONE. Then I had a different E5 ask me if they could talk to me in private. We went outside and they explained to me that an E4 in their department was told to stay away from them and another E5, to not hang out with them by a khaki......a very senior khaki at that. How and what do I do? My thoughts were to have a Captains call with myself and E5 and below. The reason I say this is because theres certain E6s here that play the politics to their advantage and are two faced. But I dont think that will fly. Then I thought to have them put in a CMEO complaint but another khaki thats in the gang so to speak is the CMEO for our Det. Im calling on my mentors, my seniors, my juniors, anyone that has any good ideas. This is very dear to my heart. I need help to help my troops. Please dont be stupid on this, this is a serious matter that has hurt our troops here and the khaki community is blind to it.
