So, I rarely post things like this. However, this is.something that I would like to share. Over the past few weeks, Ive been working on a bench just to tin around on. Originally it started out as just an idea of a piece of plywood and legs. Then I thought about all the role models I had growing up, who would have given me shit for taking the easy way out. I remember my grandfather working on stuff in his basement, and my uncle Sam with his woodshop behind his house, always giving me and my brother wood carvings he made that we would like. Or even my dad, who was precise in all his work, whether electrical or woodworking. I realized that as.much as.I want to progress on stuff, it wouldnt hurt to do things with what I was raised in, not going half assed on things, and giving it all I can to make it look, well, sweet.
