So I see lots of FJ pretty posted up and I like it, the FJ is a very handsome and functional vehicle in my opinion and dresses up very well. (Unless you lower it.) Mine has taken a different path. I was attracted to it when it was just a concept - my dad had a 1972 FJ40 that was stock but very capable. I bought it to have adventures in and to enjoy Toyota reliability while I did, and it has delivered very well. It isnt really very pretty anymore, but it is badass and has taken me some places I used to daydream about and other places Id never heard of. The most recent wear & tear is from the Rubicon, the Hole in the Rock Trail and the Dusy-Ershim. It has 94k on the meter now and has never been stuck and never quit running (except for the time I ran out of gas).
