So I started using YL essential oils 2 weeks ago to try to start remedying some issues Ive been having with my sinus and waking up with pressure headaches. I was told by my friend to take lemon oil only lymph nodes in my neck to get it draining. Within 20 minute it was draining. I placed peppermint oil on my temples and forehead to get the headache. It amazingly worked. I had that headache all day until I tried the oils. I would have never believed that using oils...not pills would get rid of this stuff, but it totally has! Thank your Melanie Russell Simmons for introducing me to it!
