So, I still havent gotten pics, but I wanted to do a little narrative on how this first week plus has gone for me. Probably the biggest issue I have had is getting into the habit of taking my pills. Its hard to remember if its not something you already do!! Ive gotten better at it, and only missed one dose because we were out and decided to get food. So I just watched what I ate then took them when I got home. My next biggest issue is the hydration thing. Ive never been good at drinking water, and have lived mostly off of tea and coffee for years. I made a New Years resolution to cut back on the coffee to 2 cups a day and drink more water, and Ive been pretty good with it. But upping my water intake to where it needs to be is TOUGH!! I already feel so full all the time that a lot of water makes me almost feel icky. The biggest thing is staying positive thru the whole first little bit of the stomach pains while your body adjusts and heals. Trust me, when you are remeasuring and see results, even small ones, it is amazing. I have a little more energy, and I just generally feel better. I know my results for week 1 were pretty over the top, and if I dont keep that pace its ok. Im a BIG girl, and theres a lot of water weight there to shed first as they say. This coming week I may have no inches lost, but that doesnt mean Im not making the right decision to do this. Mainly Im doing it for my health. I have been plagued with fatigue, serious digestive issues, being overweight and generally not on my top game. If I lose the weight, I will be healthier, and thats what matters. I have children, a husband and a family to be here for, and me. I need to be ok, I need to feel better to be happy. So thats tonights update I guess. Day 9 and still going strong! Now I have to go pee. Ive drank over 64oz of water since lunch time. Lol
