So I talked to HR about concerns regarding my clients MRSA. My manager just called me blaming the team for not keeping the apartment clean enough and completely blowing off my concerns, saying how his MRSA was covered in training (everybody I asked said it wasnt) and just...putting blame on me for being concerned over my health. As usual, Im being guilted for standing up for myself. And the apartment was dirty on Saturday. I work on Wednesdays, so a lot could have happened. Still...it hurts always having my thoughts and feelings be invalidated.
