So I want to start competing in powerlifting in 2015 so as of lately I havent been worried about weight gain because Ive been trying to bulk to get stronger. Now that Ive hit my personal best bench press of 530lbs, I will focus on dropping body fat and maintaining my strength. So Im researching resting metabolic rate which is the amount of calories your body burns at a resting heart rate and found that I burn 3217 calories basically doing nothing. THATS CRAZY!!!! So now I need a meal plan that will fuel my body to drop body fat. I will let you know my progress #Getwright
