So. I was just about to post a love-related confession but since horror stories are piling up. I wanna share my horror story too. :) It was back then when my grandmother passed away. Well, you know how grandmothers act. They always clean and cook and then clean again. Theyre very scrupulous about the details and will always check her stuffs. She will always ask us if we have already eaten or do we want to eat something? My father gets mad every time she works too much because she was not getting any younger. She was really fragile and rigid but she really has a strong heart. I really really love her but I was small back then so I dont remember her that much. So heres the horror. For a month since she was buried, we hear clacking sounds made by the pot as if someone is cooking rice during the night or the sound of the door to our kitchen closing and opening. Sometimes, the sound of spoons and glasses. My father gets home late so as her mother used to do, she would cook rice if theres nothing left then make a cup of coffee for him. But what really scared us is when my mom checked it out because she thought it was my father. Which turned out that my father wasnt back till morning because he got stuck at his workplace. My mom didnt tell us what happened until my father was back. Then she told us that when she got out of the room and went to the kitchen the place was so dark but she could still hear the clacking sounds. Which scared the hell out of her is when the sound became louder as if its walking closer to her. She just froze and couldnt reach for the lights. She waited there till the sound was gone then turned the lights on and drank water. She was scared at first but she knew that my grandmother was just trying to show her love and maybe shes still not ready to leave or maybe she still doesnt realize that shes dead because she still does what she does during the days that she was still alive. What I wanted to say is that, we shouldnt be scared of them. Spirits show up because they have their reasons. We should be more understanding. Allied Department
