So I went to get my nails done at Regal Nails in NW Reno..and the manicurist cut open my finger with the nail drill..bled all over...deep puncture...not happy experience..I requested that the manager fill out an incident report which is standard procedure for any injury or accident on the premises..and he said..no we dont do that...then after I throughly washed my hand...he brings out nail glue and glued up the puncture...it all happened so fast..I didnt have time to think because of semi shock over it all...Question...What should be done..? Should I persue a small claims..? Who can I contact..? I might get a severe infection because of this...nail salons equipment probably arent sterilized..!! Worried...finger throbbing..!!
