So Im at the VA in Oxnard California to have some blood work done and there just so happens to be a Social Security Administration office near by. And as I look over there is a huge line of people in front of it that are all waiting for it to open. But Im seeing a pattern develop. There is not a single white, Asian, or black person waiting in line. They are all Latino. Just making an observation.. Anyone have any thoughts to add?
