So Im sitting here at a bar with a tea party leader and were discussing the state of things. Right now Karl Rove is funding any and all establishment candidates that are up against liberty minded candidates. You may not think what happens with the Republican Party matters but I promise you it does. If limited government advocates lose the fight within the GOP, there will be no one left to advocate for our beliefs on the national political scene. I completely sympathize with voluntarism. I understand how absolutely unfair, illegitimate, and corrupt our government is but right now there are peoples lives and livelihoods at stake. The tax levy in my area just passed by 200 votes. That means me and everyone around me is being stolen from more than they were before because not enough people fought back. I want to see a world that is entirely run by beautiful spontaneous order and voluntary cooperation. Right now people are hurting and were up against what seems like an impossible fight, but that only means we must get louder and never let our frustration turn to apathy.
