So, Ive noticed that I inherently want to trust people, generally. Not in a dark parking lot or alley, or when youre telling me about your millions of dollars, or TELLING me to trust you. But rather, when I really, really want to. When its personal. Im so easily influenced in emotional situations. I guess we all have that trait. I cant really classify it as a flaw, in fact, I see it as an attribute...but only if youre able to recover in a positive light, if that trust were to be broken, proven to be unworthy. It happens. Withholding trust, I believe, is far more detrimental than giving it too easily. Its all dependent on the outcome, how you accept or deny it, how you react. The measures you take to protect yourself, allowing yourself to be vulnerable, knowing when to say, when, and knowing that if shit goes bad...its ok. Youll survive and live another day. Id rather have some shit go bad, and know that Ill be ok...than not know at all :)
