So Ive waited all week to make one big post. Here it goes! On January 4th, my big sis celebrated another birthday. Fredrika Harrelson youll never know how I love you and how greatful I am you always took up for me growing up. The bond we share is unique and made me who I am today. Ive always looked up to you in so many ways and will always be proud to say thats my sister. On January 6th, my baby sis celebrated another birthday. Teila Maria Gore you are a true baby girl and weve all contributed to that beast but your so special in so many ways. You turned out good even though you claim we never included you! You are my baby and Ill always be here for you. Ive seen you at your darkest days and Im so blessed youve finally found your light! So today my partner in crime, my right hand, my sister, my Jacqulan W. Taylor celebrates another birthday. I could sit here for days and tell of all our adventures, heartaches, struggles, triumphs, etc. but you were there... you know. Lol. If any two people were ever made to always be together, that would be us! I know Ill only ever have one you. You know me better than anybody and love me anyway. How blessed am I to have you. Now for the sad parts of this week. Yesterday made 13 years my grandma Doris went to be with my grandpa M. R. in heaven and I think of her often. My family lost so much in such a short period of time that even years later the pain is hard to swallow. And today. Today makes 5 years. 5 years since Ive heard your voice or hugged your neck. Man, where has the time gone? 5 years seems like 50 and the heartache is still real. Joseph Ransom was more than a brother or friend. More than a son or uncle. He was a force that moved through your life and took hold of your heart. Lord knows he had the best of intentions. My life will never be the same since his death. I love you always my brother, my friend. Id give anything to hear you say Dookie again.
