So Jameson had a pretty good day today. The doctor was going to extubate him early this morning, but I asked them to wait. Its such a big step and he doesnt do well with a lot going on at one time. We tried to find a spot for a new Picc line and were unsuccessful with finding a vein again. So the broviac line will be placed in a couple of days. Once that is done we will re evaluate extubating him. Jameson is 2 pounds 7 ounces. He sleeps most of the time and we think hes going through a growth spurt. His belly is still looking and measuring good. He will have another cranial ultrasound on Thursday to check on the brain bleeds.
