So... Lets see if BEL Furniture can rectify this.. Looking for some service recovery... Bought a bedroom suite at the end of last month and since its our guest room we didnt go through it with a fine toothed comb. A week or so later we noticed one of the night stands had issues. The top drawer was coming apart, with the facing not adhering to the rest of the drawer. The bottom drawer was binding up and difficult to pull out. So far, Ive called the salesperson, who referred me back to the Webster store. Ive called the Webster, Tx store early morning on last Thursday and told my story and was told that someone from customer service would get back to me within 48 hours. Thursday and Friday and even Monday have come and gone without a returned call. Just tried calling the Webster store again using the number on the invoice and it rang endlessly, until the phone companys machine cut in to say the call could not be completed. I would like to see about exchanging the defective nightstand with one that is acceptable. Im even willing to go to the showroom and exchange it with the display model.... How about some follow up? I like the furniture, just want to get everything right. Purchased 10/20/2014, delivered 10/22/2014. 1st call 11/6/2014. Second call no answer 11/11/2014.
