So a couple of weeks ago we are walking out of our apartment on our way to church to find that our SUV had a boot on it because the back tire was over the parking lines in our parking lot. In our apartments we have to have a permit hanging from our rearview mirror in order to park there. We also have this wanna be police parking company that comes around and boots your car if your tags are expired, if your parked over a line blah blah blah. So needless to say we had to pay the $75 fine in cash to get the boot taken off the car that Sunday. Not very happy about the whole situation my brillant amazing husband decided to contact a company I have as a benefit at my job called LegalShield. Use to be pre paid legal but waaaay better. He explained the situation sent them a copy of our lease and I think some pics of the way the SUV was parked and pics of the sign the apartment complex has posted. The attorneys that work for us at LegalShield sent a letter to the aparment complex and im happy to report We have a check waiting for us at the office for the fine we were charged. This is soooo great FAVOR AINT FAIR everyone should really take a look into getting LegalShield.
