So a pagan Empreror later turned Christian or technically Roman Catholic formed the council which determined which books would go into forming the bible. Not forgetting to mention that the first gospel was written about 3 decades after Christ and that we still cannot prove the legitimacy of the authors of the gospels. And also that any other gospels discovered after the council of Nicaea were condemned and burned. Im getting a feeling early Christianity had a lot of hidden agendas. Less religious and more political. What couldve stopped them from a little personal editing? Who actually wrote the gospels? For a pagan Empreror he sure does have a lot to do with the Christianity. My head is starting to hurt the more I look into these things. #LateNightThoughts
