So, about 18 years ago, we were living in South Carolina and just bought out first house. One of the neighborhood cats decided to have her kittens in our shed. Not being a cat lover, I told the girls that the kittens can stay in the shed until they get old enough and then wed try to find homes for them. Every day Id come home from work and thered be this one specific kitten on our screened in porch. I still have no idea how she kept getting in, but after 4 days of this, it was obvious that she decided that she wanted to live with us. We named her Bootsie and she was with us until this past Monday when she died in her sleep. Shes now buried next to Bella. R.I.P. Bootsie, the only cat Ive ever liked.
