So, about 3 years ago...maybe a little more now, I moved home to Fresno, CA from Portland, OR. This is a fact that just about everyone knows. And some of the details as to why. Thats not what this post is about. What it IS about, is that when I moved from there, I weighted 298 lbs. I was 2 pounds from being 300 lbs. and I was wearing a size 50 in mens jeans. Now, we all know Im disabled and that I cant do much in the way of working out or walking really well for that matter. But I want to encourage you, no matter what your size, your goal *no matter how big or small they are* to do what ever you can. This includes changing how you eat. I still eat crap, I will admit that, but I make better choices of what crap Ill eat. I put on a size 38 jeans back a few weeks ago for the first time in YEARS. I am in a 38 mens jeans now and down to 230ish lbs. (I say ish cause it varies between 230 and 235 in a day, no joke) So....yeah. Random post...but yeah. Half the battle was mental health and just starting to love myself. I still dont love myself the way I should, but I am a HELL of a lot better then I was then. Just...one day at a time guys. One day at a time.
