So after doing 6 rounds 12 reps of Circuit Training: Clean Press, Medicine Ball Back Throw, Dumbbell Rear Lunges, Push-ups, Bench Dip, Sprint in Place, Squats, Wide Grip Lat Pull down, Medicine Ball Jumping Jacks, Incline Push-ups, Dumbbell Biceps Curl, Side Lateral Raise, One Arm Dumbbell Row. I decided to take a video of me doing push-ups and bench dips. This is the best one in 3 takes. So a total of 108! Push-ups and Bench Dips today. Yeay!!! :D
