So any way, we get are tool box talk yesterday morning and needless to say ,but ya ,there were a lot of upset people after the talk.... 1st off ,out of about 15 people there are about 10 or more that speak Spanish and we were told we were no longer aloud to speak this in the lunch room because the other people that work in the plant dont like it. Then we were told our locker area is messy ear plugs and screws were found on the floor, then we were told we make the lunch room messy. Then we were. So ya people were not happy. Then after lunch we were told the dryer was Brokin and it cost the plant 300 buck to have it fixed. We were also told the plant said it had to be a insulator that did it, and they do not want us to use washer and dryer any more. After last brake we were told that the plant is not happy with us that they like the work being done but we are not aloud to use the plant lunch room any more or the plant change room and have to park at the top of the hill now every one was told to move there vehicles . So on Thursday we get kicked out in the cold in the cold to get changed in a poly tent the scaffolders will be making us, I asked it we will have a heater they said hopfuly it will be here by then.and we have to share a lunch trailer with the safety people now and they said they wont take off there coveralls. Id say the plant here dont like us no more!!!!
