So back when I was still in between junior high school and high school I volunteered at SICAW (Staten Island Council for Animal Welfare) with my older sister and it was an amazing experience. There were a few dogs that I especially became fond of and one of them happened to be a brown and white pitbull named Zeus. He was the sweetest pitbull and a perfect example of the fact that pitbulls are a misunderstood breed. Hes also the reason why pitbulls are my favorite breed. They are not born to be aggressive and attack people, it is the owner that makes them that way. Today while on my way back from Binghamton I was listening to the radio and during a phone tap on Z100 I hear a lady talk about her brown and white pitbull named Zeus. As soon as I heard that I just got this overwhelming feeling of happiness because now I know that atleast one of those amazing animals is alive and well. I just hope the rest are as well.
