So, bc my silly children wouldnt try the spaghetti squash I made yesterday, (even though they would have loved it), I wanted to incorporate the left overs into todays supper. So, I made a pesto drizzle and some regular angel hair pasta. Then I diced up the leftover chicken, broccoli and squash I had from yesterdays meal and mixed it up really well. I placed this delightful mixture over my pasta and voila 2 meals out of 1! Best part the kids all had 2nd helpings and never even noticed the squash : ) Mom-1 Kids-0
